Line Configuration
The PBX uses line division into dial plans. The number of plans is unlimited. Multiple companies can share a single PBX with identical internal numbering by creating separate dial plans.
Creating a dial plan
In the main menu, go to Lines and click Add. Choose an appropriate name (typically the company name).
Creating a line
A line consists of two parts: the line itself and the line SIP channel.
Click on the dial plan and in the Lines tab select New record.
Line channel
A new line requires a new line SIP channel. Click on the new line and in the Line channels tab select New record. Fill in and save the form.
Result: A new line has been created with internal number 100 and public number 211211100. Incoming calls to the public number will ring this line, as will internal calls from other lines in the same dial plan.
