SIP - TLS
TLS encrypts SIP signaling between the PBX and remote SIP devices. This is where keys are generated for the PBX and clients (remote SIP devices). Keys can be uploaded to devices automatically or manually via the device’s web interface. In most cases, an automatically uploaded key still needs to be enabled on the device.

Creating, Editing and Deleting a Key
Create a new key by clicking the New Record button in the top toolbar. Edit by clicking the Edit button. If you wish to remove a key, click the Delete button. You can also edit and delete by right-clicking on the selected key.

Key Properties — Server

- Name — key name
- Type — server
- Organization name — optional, organization name
- Passphrase — protective password used when creating client keys
- Note — informational text
Key Properties — Client

- Name — key name
- Type — client
- Organization name — optional, organization name
- Client name — client identifier
- Client hostname — IP address or domain name
- Passphrase — must match the server key passphrase
- Note — informational text
