FTP Users

The integrated FTP server primarily serves for accessing call recordings, but can also be used to access phone device configuration files or PBX audio files.

Creating, Editing and Deleting an FTP User

Create a new user by clicking the New Record button located in the top toolbar. Edit by clicking the Edit button. If you wish to remove a user, click the Delete button. You can also edit and delete by right-clicking on the selected user.

Properties

• Username — account login name
• Password — login password
• Folder — target folder the user has access to:
  • Call recordings — call recordings folder
  • Audio files — PBX audio files folder
  • FTP autoprovisioning — phone device configuration files folder
