Audio Manager

Audio Manager is used for managing audio files in the PBX — recording announcements, uploading files and playback.

Interface

• Left panel: Folder structure display
• Right panel: Files in the selected folder

Folder Management

• New folder: Create a new folder
• Delete folder: Delete the selected folder

File Operations

• Add file: Upload from computer
• Record file: Record via phone
• Play: Play audio file
• Delete: Remove file

Recording via Phone

When recording via phone, enter:

• File name — name of the new audio file
• Line selection — line used for recording

The system calls the selected line, plays instructions and starts recording.
