Blacklist blocks incoming or outgoing calls when phone numbers match entries in the blocked number list.

• New Record: Create a new list
• Edit / Delete: Edit or delete

Contact owner	Owner of the blocked contact; if specified, the block applies only to this owner
Caller number	Phone number whose calls will be blocked
Called number	Destination number for which calls will be blocked
