Outbound Routing Configuration

Outbound routing directs outgoing calls from the PBX to assigned SIP, DAHDI trunks or scripts.

1. Creating outbound routing

In the menu, go to RoutingOutbound routing → click New record.

2. Routing rules

After expanding the new outbound routing, create rules in the Rules tab using the New record button.

Rule example 1 — _X.

The pattern _X. matches all numbers with two or more digits. Calls are routed to the SIP trunk “voipsun”.

Rule example 2 — _00X.

A more specific pattern takes priority over _X.. The rule _00X. overrides the rule _X.. The channel type is set to Deny — calls starting with 00 will be terminated.
