Contacts — Phone Directory

The phone directory contains a contact address book. These contacts can be public or private. Public contacts are visible to all users, private contacts are visible only to the contact owner (the specific line user).

Creating, editing and deleting a contact

Create a new contact by clicking the New record button in the top toolbar. Edit using the Edit button. To delete a contact, click the Delete button. You can also edit and delete by right-clicking on the selected contact.

Contact properties

• Name — contact name
• Contact owner — owner of the contact; if the contact is not marked as public, it will only be displayed to the owner
• Internal number — internal short number within the PBX
• Phone number — public phone number
• Mobile number — mobile phone number
• Email — contact email address
• Public contact — the contact will be visible to other PBX users
• Note — informational text
