Call Log
The Call Log section displays the complete call history (CDR) with filtering, export and recording playback options.

Title bar
Serves as a quick filter for selecting time ranges. The default view shows the last two days. The dropdown arrow reveals preset options such as “last 60 minutes”, “current hour” or “last 2 hours”.

Toolbar
Contains a filter button, pagination controls, URL link generation, bulk download and CSV export.

Pagination
Users can browse pages using arrow buttons or by entering a page number directly.

Call filtering
The advanced filter form includes:

- Date/time range selection
- Phone number filtering (caller or called number, with search types: full number, starts with, ends with, contains)
- Caller name filtering
- Call termination reason (cause)
- Call duration (total and billable)
- Call cost
- Outbound routing selection (one or more)


Side filter
A quickly accessible filter panel toggled by double-arrow buttons.

URL links
Option to generate a permanent link to the current filter and results.


Bulk download


Result sorting
Column headers display sort arrows. Clicking reveals menu options for arranging results.

Recording playback
Recorded calls display a player and a download icon in the last column.

Copy to clipboard
The right-click context menu allows copying selected row values for pasting into documents.
