Call Log

The Call Log section displays the complete call history (CDR) with filtering, export and recording playback options.

Title bar

Serves as a quick filter for selecting time ranges. The default view shows the last two days. The dropdown arrow reveals preset options such as “last 60 minutes”, “current hour” or “last 2 hours”.

The advanced filter form includes:

  • Date/time range selection
  • Phone number filtering (caller or called number, with search types: full number, starts with, ends with, contains)
  • Caller name filtering
  • Call termination reason (cause)
  • Call duration (total and billable)
  • Call cost
  • Outbound routing selection (one or more)
