Group call pickup
Code: *8
Within a group, a call can be picked up by dialing the code *8. Lines are added to groups in the line properties.
Directed call pickup
Code: **line_number
An incoming call on a line outside the group can be picked up by dialing ** followed by the line number.
Blind call transfer
Code: # + number + # + hang up
Transfer an active call by entering the code #, the phone number you want to transfer the call to, confirming with #, and then hanging up.
Attended call transfer
Code: *2 + line_number
Transfer with consultation. Music plays in the background during the transfer. Automatic reconnection if the destination does not answer.
Line login to another line (follow me)
Code: *110 + line_number + # + PIN + #
Line logout
Code: *111#
Agent login to call center
Code: *101 + agent_number + # + PIN + #
Agent logout from call center
