Music on Hold

Music classes group audio files that are played while waiting in a call center queue, during call transfers, or as an alternative to the ringing tone.

Creating, Editing and Deleting a Music Class

Create a new music class by clicking the New Record button located in the top toolbar. Edit by clicking the Edit button. If you wish to remove a class, click the Delete button. You can also edit and delete by right-clicking on the selected class.

Properties

• Name — music class name
• Note — informational text
• Audio files — audio files assigned to the class
