User Call Log
The call log displays incoming, outgoing and internal calls. Users can filter using forms or the title bar for date range selection.

Title bar
Quick filter for setting the day range. The default setting displays the last two days. The dropdown menu offers presets such as “last 60 minutes” and “current hour”.

Toolbar
Contains a filter button that opens the advanced filter form, pagination controls and direct page number input (confirm with the ENTER key).
Call filtering

Filter fields:
- Date/time — from–to range
- Phone number — caller or called number; search modes: exact match, starts with, ends with, contains
- Caller name
- Call termination reason (cause)
- Call duration — with range option
- Billed duration
- Price
- Outbound routing — selection
Reset filter
Reset via the Reset filter → Default filter button.

Pagination
30 records per page. Navigate using arrows or by directly entering a page number.

Sorting results
Column headers display sorting arrows on mouse hover.

Playing call recordings
Standard player with a download icon. Clicking with the SHIFT key displays the extended player.


Copy to clipboard
Right-click on the context menu to copy selected values. Paste with CTRL+V.

Columns

- ID — call identifier
- Time/date — time and date of the call
- Call duration — total duration
- Source/number — calling number
- Destination/number — called number
- Price/billed duration — price and billed duration of the call
- Call status — ANSWERED, NO ANSWER, BUSY, FAILED
- Termination code — cause of call termination
- Direction — incoming/outgoing/internal
- Outbound routing — outbound routing used
- Recording player — call recording playback
