Line Settings
Configuring line forwarding and its properties.
Basic settings

Mobility extensions
- Active — activates the mobility extensions feature. The configured phone number will ring together with the line.
- Phone number — phone number for mobility extensions
- Keep caller number — ensures that the original caller number is displayed on the destination phone
Unconditional forwarding
- Off — immediate forwarding is disabled
- Busy tone — immediate busy tone playback
- Voicemail — immediate forwarding to the assigned voicemail box
- Forward to number — immediate forwarding to any internal line or external phone number
- Keep caller number
Conditional forwarding (line busy)
- Signaling:
- Out of band — cause 17 (busy — BUSY)
- Inband signal — busy signaling in the voice band using a tone
- Inband voice — busy signaling in the voice band using an announcement
- Wait until free — the PBX answers the call, plays an announcement and tests line availability every 10 seconds
- Voicemail
- Forward to number + Keep caller number
No answer or unavailable
- Signaling:
- Out of band — cause 19 (no answer — NO ANSWER FROM USER)
- Inband signal — signaling using a tone
- Inband voice — signaling using an announcement
- Voicemail
- Forward to number + Keep caller number + Forward incoming call from internal line
Calendar-based forwarding
- Calendar — assign a calendar to the line
- Off / Busy tone / Voicemail / Forward to number + Keep caller number
Advanced settings

- Ring duration — line ringing duration in seconds. After this period, the line is considered unavailable.
- Ring type:
- Standard — normal ringing
- Music — the PBX answers the call and plays music
- Forced — immediate tone without checking phone status
- Announcement before transfer — selection of announcement played before transfer
