The restriction on simultaneous calls applies only to outgoing calls from the PBX to the voice service provider. The number of incoming and internal calls is not limited and is limited only by the performance of the hardware used.

Included in the price of the PBX is access to software updates of the PBX (security updates, new versions with new features).
