About VoIPSUN
A Czech company focused on developing and operating VoIP telephony. Since 2013, we have been building our own PBX, operating voice services, and helping businesses with their telephony — in the Czech Republic and Germany.
Our story
We founded VoIPSUN in early 2013 with a clear focus — development, design, and implementation of modern VoIP phone systems. From day one, we built on our own expertise and open-source technologies.
Over time, we expanded our services to include our own voice services (SIP trunk) and complete business telephony management. In 2019, we opened a branch in Germany and began providing voice services in that market as well.
Today, we operate VoIP solutions for 30+ companies across industries — from telco operators to specialized small businesses. We develop and operate all our products ourselves.
What defines us
Open source as a foundation
Our products are built on Asterisk, Kamailio, and RTPENGINE. We contributed to the chan_ss7 driver and created the VoIPMonitor analyzer. Open source lets us offer solutions at a lower cost than proprietary alternatives.
Personal approach and direct contact
You solve problems with an engineer, not a helpdesk. We know your installation, respond quickly, and talk to you directly. No ticket system runaround.
In-house development, our own pace
We develop the PBX ourselves — we add features based on customer needs, not a manufacturer's roadmap. When you need a modification, we do it directly.
